I was so thankful that Matt came out and evaluated some termite tunnels I found. Not only did he come out fast and with as much concern as I had when I contacted him but he walked me through a mini educational session about termites and my house. It helped ease my concerns so much. When he left he gave me a wonderfully designed brochure for future reference as well as his business card. We put in an online web request last night and the office called us promptly this morning to set up an appointment. Matthew came out this evening to do an inspection and was so professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was also very honest when it turned out we didn’t have the problem we thought we may have had.
